The Stagency was created with the sole purpose of leveraging design principles to maximize the value of a home. There is a science to the home staging process and in securing the bottom line for sellers. We believe in more than simply designing a home for staging. We believe in the end result and helping a home seller gain a return is our number one priority.

Tori’s expertise in creating amazing spaces on a budget has caused stellar growth, and the company is on track to have another record year! In her free time, Tori enjoys being with her two sons and five wonderful grandchildren.
Dustin

CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Dustin is the force behind The Stagency brand and customer experience initiatives. As a leading Marketing executive for global organizations, Dustin’s passion for client success and quality of service has helped The Stagency distinguish itself as the go-to-option for home styling.
Maira

CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER
Maira’s passion for creating exceptional client experiences is evident from the moment you meet her. Your satisfaction and success is her only goal. Maira believes in chasing after what makes us happy now rather than later. There really is no time like the present!
Kris

LEAD DESIGNER
Kris is the lead designer for The Stagency. She grew up in Encinitas and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Brigham Young University. She has four sons who are all doing incredible things. Her greatest joy is seeing them make their way in the world.
Jen

HOME STYLIST
Jen (or JZ) loves modern styling and everything in it’s proper place. With a keen eye for lines and color, Jen prides herself on being detail oriented and creating warm and immersive spaces.
Tanya

HOME STYLIST
Tanya has had a life full of international experiences from Singapore to Switzerland that has influenced her design aesthetic. She graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Art. Having an extended background in photography and retail displays, Tanya has a true passion for interior design that is evident in every project she touches!
Lorin

HOME STYLIST
Lorin is a native Southern Californian who has been rearranging and redecorating her room since she was five years old. She has a B.A. in Interior Design from the Design Institute of San Diego. “Good design sparks emotion,” Lorin says, and getting to spend time in well-loved homes adds a little extra charm.
Krista

OPERATIONS
Krista grew up mostly in the Southeast and has a degree from Vanderbilt in Human and Organizational Development. When she and her husband started their family of six, Krista left her career in corporate sales, and started a portrait photography business. Krista has a diverse background which mixes both business and creative skill sets.
Stacy

MASTER RE-FINISHER & DESIGNER
Stacey has done all the kitchen/bath cabinet refinishing for The Stagency. Her love of home design and decorating began young and the passion of interior design, draperies, remodeling and artisan wood finishing became a lifelong passion. She has 15 years of experience with staging and design, as well as wood refinishing and repair. She has designed for Haus and Home, Legacy Home Furnishings and Thomasville Home Furnishing.
Rama

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Since 2015, Rama has been responsible for the company's overall financial functions, including client billing, vendor payables, and payroll. She works behind the scenes to keep all financial aspects of The Stagency moving smoothly and efficiently. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Her love for travel is fulfilled by constantly taking little trips and you never know where she is off to next!
Scooter

TEAM LEADER & MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER
Scooter is a Maltipoo rounding and will be 12 years old on Valentines Day. He is the handsome, sweet office mascot who brings cheer to all of our lives. We could not go through our day without his cuddles. Be sure to give him a treat when you stop by!
